Emma’s Website Show Horse Championships – Under no circumstances shall Emma’s Show Horses or any of the Rudder Family, directors, volunteers or employees of ESH be liable for any direct, special, including incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result, whether in action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Emma’s Website, Emma’s Show Horse Championships or Emma’s Garlands delivery of goods, merchandise or Championships event. Horse activities are inherently dangerous. Emma’s Website, Rudder Family, Sponsors will not accept any responsibility for injury, death, lameness or illness resulting from the holding of the competition above.
